Maple Fields at Wallkill (Maple Fields I & II, Sections I-V)

In general, MHE Engineering provided services for the site and utility infrastructure development which consisted of a +/- 132 acre site, including five phases totaling 46 Townhouse buildings (256 residential units). The project included a community clubhouse, recreation/pool area, offsite improvements; traffic roundabout, watermain and sidewalk extension. As part of the project approximately 9,383′ of watermain, 5,617′ of gravity sewer, 5,655′ of sewer force main, and 8,944′ of storm drainage were installed.

During the course of five years, MHE Engineering provided construction observation, administration, building department support services, and storm water management (MS4) review services.
